  1. New builds

    Building with a volume or custom builder? The selections deadline arrives fast. Madelaine helps you choose every finish, fixture, tap, tile, joinery colour and light, and puts it in a schedule your builder can price and order from.

  2. Renovations

    Reworking the house you already have: opening up a layout, a new kitchen or bathroom, or bringing light into a dark plan. Drawings and documentation to brief builders and get comparable quotes.

  3. Apartments

    Just bought an apartment and want to make it yours? A refurbishment plan that works within strata by-laws, keeps neighbours on side and makes every square metre count.

  4. Granny flats

    A second dwelling for family, guests or rental income. Designed as a home in its own right, with storage, light and privacy thought through, and drawings ready for approvals and your builder.

    The house is built, but it doesn’t feel finished. Furniture, rugs, art, lighting and objects sourced and placed, from a single room to the whole home.

Which areas do you cover?

In-home consultations cover the Perth metropolitan area. Discovery calls are available anywhere in Australia.

Do I need plans before we meet?

No. Bring whatever you have: builder plans, photos, a Pinterest board or just the house itself.

Can you work with my builder?

Yes. Most projects involve a builder you have already chosen. Madelaine prepares schedules and drawings in a format builders can price and order from.

What if I only need help with selections?

That is one of the most common requests. Start with a consultation and Madelaine will suggest the smallest scope that gets you there.
